Why is bodybuilding so complicated?

Confuse, Control and Enslave

When somebody is ignorant you can make him or her believe that the Earth is a square and the Sun is actually the Moon. If they don’t know any better, they will believe you. After all, no one has an endless amount of time to learn about every subject. That’s why we rely on experts to explain us the things that we don’t understand.

When you’re among the few who have access to the information, it becomes very easy to play with people and confuse them. A good example would be the propaganda of the mainstream media. The news channels and the agencies are controlled. We only see what they want us to see. When we live in a world built on false perception, we are controlled and ultimately enslaved.

Businessmen like Joe Weider and Bob Hoffman knew that very well. That’s why they created the supplement business and based most of the advertisement around false promises. Naturally, the real info was kept occulted.

The general population is way too deep into the matrix to understand what’s going on behind the scenes. After all, most bodybuilders claim that the road to success is hard work and dedication. This is indeed true, but the hard work is not the type you think it is.

What would happen if the truth is revealed? The business would suffer tremendously, and those at the top may lose their power.

Authority makes everything complicated

The human population has been enslaved by the so-called authorities. Who decides who the king is? Why are certain people allowed to rule over others because of their “noble” bloodlines? Who gives the right to anybody to be an authority?

Truth be told, there’s no such thing as human authority in the real world. It’s a man-made concept used for centuries. The so-called leaders try to make every subject so complicated that nobody understands what’s actually going on. This phenomenon has progressed so much that people not only fail to understand what is going on, they no longer give a fuck as long as their favorite team is winning and the phone is buzzing.

In the world of bodybuilding, the authorities exercise the same role. The judges behave like they have the right to dictate the direction of the sport. In 90% of the cases, the placings in bodybuilding are dictated by politics and behind the curtains affairs. What’s the difference between 1st and 10th place? Very often there’s no difference at all.

Parliamentary immunity?

To illustrate how ridiculous the idea of authority is, we can use the concept of parliamentary immunity as an example. Some people get away with all kinds of psychopathic behavior while others are jailed for 1/10th of the crime.

In the real world, there’s no such thing as parliamentary immunity, titles, positions, money…Those are made up concepts designed to complicate our lives and enslave us.

Why aren’t the bodybuilders allowed to reveal the real secret behind their physiques? Because if they do it, they will be punished by the bodybuilding authorities pulling the strings. As a result, an awful amount of makeup is put on everything.

Expecting too much

When you fail to reach your bodybuilding goals by following the common methods, you get frustrated. And yet this is often the case because the bodybuilding mafia has encrypted unrealistic expectations in our minds. I am sorry, but the natural potential is not as high as people think it is.

Looking for a miracle

There are no new training concepts and never will be. There are no magic rep ranges, exercises, training programs or diets that will transform you into another member of the aesthetic crew.

It takes about six months

You can learn everything that you need to know about bodybuilding in six months. That includes proper form, programming, nutrition, injury prevention, marketing tricks, supplements and more. You don’t need to spend a lot of money, if any, to educate yourself. Cutting through the propaganda will be that hardest part.
