Like the sound of a peaceful and enlightened chord progression, two years have quickly passed since the publication of A Hater’s Synthesis.
If I was to write the book today, it will be on a higher literary level. There will be fewer repetitions and grammar mistakes, but the words while shinier wouldn’t be as pure because with each year you lose a bit of your innocence and sensitivity. The world molds you. You become more “like them”.
A Hater’s Synthesis is not a book about muscle construction. It’s about realizations triggered by the bodybuilding illusion. It’s about the chaos that we fight so hard to protect with our lives.
I haven’t read the whole book since its publication because every time I start it hurts too much. I guess that’s a good thing.
A million more words have joined the site, and yet A Hater’s Synthesis remains one of the purest expressions of frustration powering the page.
On the occasion of this anniversary, the book will be 50% cheaper until the end of the month.

I would like to thank everyone who supports nattyornot.com. Without your help in all of its forms (views, comments, purchases, e-mails, suggestions…etc.), I wouldn’t be able to maintain the page nearly as well.
Thank you.
Congratulations! Keep up the good work.
I bought and read both of your books. And they helped me in real life. that is the real accomplishment i think. Well done and thank you.
Thank you for the support, Sam.
I like the way you describe the sicknes and degeneracy of the society in general. Bodybuilding is just small part of it.
Brah congrats, feels good to know you are rocking it doing something according to your ethics
Seems ur hate became lower nowadays.it’s great for ur mind peace though.in my view u r just portraying the real condition of our society instead of hypocritic morons lying to themselves and to the wider world that everything is great.it’s a sin on my part to have not read ur book yet.this time I would surely do it.you are such an awesome writer .
Hi,
I been reading your posts for few years now and bought all of your books.
Unfortunately I could not find definitive answer from you if natties can gain muscle without fat or need to cut later. Assuming someone is 6 feet 150lb but very lean, can they gain lean muscle only?
What do you think?
Hello, Me
Thank you for the massive support.
It is very unlikely that all the weight one gains is all muscle regardless of the diet. The only thing you can do is minimize the fat gains. If you are really lean and don’t bulk like crazy, you will remain fairly lean even after gaining weight. However, you may need to cut a bit later if you want to become ultra-lean again.
How much fat they’ll gain with muscle also seems dependent on whether they’re presently lean naturally (“Been lean all my life”), or, presently lean due to dieting and losing bodyfat (“Am 12% bodyfat now after deliberately losing twenty pounds over eighteen weeks”).
The naturally lean seem to gain less bodyfat as they add muscle. The dieted lean seem to gain more bodyfat as they add muscle.
My usual response to hater is NOT TO RESPOND. But I just found myself responding to a hater online earlier today. I aimed for respect and chose my words carefully as I usually do when I post anything online.
Hard to believe it’s been two years. You put so much into this site. Thanks for everything man.
Thank you for the support.
Assuming, you’re the person behind irongngsta and rookiejournal, your writing skills have improved immeasurably. I followed you closely from the time you were on SS forums. And given that English is not your first language, it makes your books even more worthy to read. Nice work bro
Thanks TS, remember we always love and support you.
Good work TS. Is it possible for you to write something to share your conclusions for natural bodybuilders the correlation between starting age, what to expect, relative weights they can lift and what sizes they can realistically expect without PEDs.
Thank you.
