One small exception: A natty who was huge, stopped working out, and then went back to hit the gym years later. These fellers can grow quick.
Uh, I had gynecomastia since my teenage years and it never went away. Same thing with my testicles. They have always been small since my teens but had no problem with it.
My girlfriend (which I know since her child years) has always had a deep voice.
Macros are important because of many factors, but generally neglecting any of them will get you hormonal imbalances that will slow down your fat loss or muscle/strength gain.
People get where they are due to their hardwork. Half the points you wrote don’t even make sense.lol
Here’s why your wrong. 30-35 lbs of muscle is the most a natural bodybuilder will gain. They will not get 20 inch arms without steroids because the body is not capable of building arms of that size. The only way to get 20 inch arms naturally is to become a fatso. 16 inch arms are what most people will be getting in a lean condition, if someone 17 inches or more they usually juicing. There will be exceptions but you know how many people I remember who had a good physique and didn’t work out. They didn’t do anything to deserve their physique so stupid. Good thing these people are rare. And truth seeker, you should be more appreciative of 30-35 lbs of muscle. IT is good!
I’d like to add #51 to this list, Truth: If a man, woman, or child is taller than you and has bigger forearms and calves than you, they are on gear and growth hormones. Just my Napoleon Complex talking.
