What Drugs Do Fitness Models Use?

| October 2, 2014 by Truth Seeker |

Over the last few years, fitness modeling has gained an overwhelming popularity, especially online. There are hundreds of Internet videos dedicated to the members of the so-called aesthetic crew. This reveals the enormous interest in the beauty contest as well as the size of the fan base.

One of the frequently asked questions about fitness is:

Do fitness models use drugs to acquire their extraterrestrial physiques?

Unfortunately, professional fitness is neither as healthy nor as pure as the industry claims. Just like competitive bodybuilders, the leading fitness models are on the juice, and the whole industry is full of back stabs, lies, and deceptions.

Undoubtedly, modern fitness models inject steroids. Those with a higher income take growth hormone (GH) too. The fact that someone is not as big as Ronnie Coleman does not mean that he is natural. There are steroid users who only weigh 135lbs after all. It’s not just about size. The quality of the mass matters too.

Fitness models rely on a variety of anabolic cocktails to build musculatures that exceed the natural potential of most people by a large margin.

The most popular compounds are:

1. TRENBOLONE  a.k.a. King Tren

trenbolone-tasty

Trenbolone a.k.a. King Tren is the main drug behind the appearance of physique competitors. Without trenbolone, fitness modeling would have a completely different aura.

Tren has the ability to produce a look that no other drug can match. It’s very specific. The physique of the user appears composed in Photoshop.

Trenbolone was not intended for consumption by humans. It’s used by veterinarians on livestock to increase muscle growth and appetite. That’s why it causes incredible side effects, and many people just can’t handle the nightmares.

The most popular side effects are: insomnia, night sweats, hair loss, increased blood pressure, nightmares, erectile dysfunction, discoloration of the urine, paranoia, addiction, acne, gynecomastia…etc.

Of course, not all users experience the full power of the side effects, but most are quite common.

A first time user of trenbolone shared the following experience on a popular training forum:

Well, now I see what everyone’s talking about.

Last night was night 3. Couldn’t sleep, tossing and turning all night. No sweats, but bad headache and bodyaches like I have a fever from exhaustion or catching flu or something. By 7am I couldn’t take it, so I popped 2 acetominafens and 1/2 a percocet. I rarely take pain killers but man I needed them. Felt better for a few hours and got a bit of sleep. Since I woke up, I’ve been groggy as SHIT with a pounding headache. Not sure how I’m going to make it to the gym. Oh, and add to that the debilitating PIP in glutes, and makes for a very unpleasant time. Now I see how bodybuilders become drug addicts, and this is all on 80mg eod.

2. ANAVAR a.k.a. The Female Tren

girls-use-anavar

Anavar (var) is a mythical anabolic steroid. It’s almost impossible to buy real Anavar. The drug is very expensive, and consequently, people are selling fakes all the time. It’s not unheard of to buy Anavar only to receive D-bol.

Females love Anavar and use it almost exclusively. Many people even consider Anavar the female trenbolone because it’s responsible for the look of the modern fitness ladies.

Anavar does not promote massive weight gain but still improves your body composition and strength tremendously.

Powerlifters love Anavar too because it makes you strong and allows you to stay in a lighter weight class.

Unlike drugs like testosterone and D-bol, Mr. Anavar does not promote water retention. According to some, Anavar comes with lower chances of gynecomastia, but the field experiments disagree. Some Anavar users develop ”bitch tits”

Short history lesson:

Anavar production started back in 1964. The first model was called Oxandrolone. In 1980, it was discontinued, and the prices went through the roof because of the limited supplies. In the mid-1990’s, researchers were testing the drug as a method to combat the squandering results of AIDS. The final conclusions had been so promising that BTG, a US-based firm, started manufacturing the drug. {more}

3. Clenbuterol

clenbuterol-cutting-fat

Clenbuterol a.k.a. clen is used by fitness models to get ultra-lean (shredded). In its origins, the drug is a medicament designed for people suffering from breathing disorders such as asthma.

Clen has an effect on the beta receptors in the muscle tissue and the fat mass as a whole through the creation of thermogenesis. The drug increases your body temperature. This results in a higher energy expenditure.

Another reason for clenbuterol’s popularity is its ability to help with muscle mass preservation on a diet. There are studies showing that people losing fat on clen keep more muscle mass compared to those who do it naturally.

Side effects: muscle cramps, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, insomnia, dry mouth, vomiting, shaking {especially the hands}, anxiety, nervousness, breathing difficulties, sweating.

4. Triiodothyronine a.k.a T3

T3 is another cutting drug that allows fitness models to eat large quantities of junk food without getting fat. It’s а thyroid hormone that affects almost every physiological process in the body, including growth and development, metabolism, body temperature, and heart rate.

T3 increases your metabolism and helps you cut fat real fast. However, it’s a merciless drug that makes you lose muscle and fat at the same time. That’s why fitness models and bodybuilders take T3 only with anabolic steroids to prevent losses of muscle mass.

T3 can be particularly stressful on the heart and can drain your body.

Side effects: inability to think and remember anything (dementia), severe hair loss, muscle wasting, bone loss (osteoporosis), and high blood sugar (diabetes).

5. Cocaine, speed, and other recreational drugs

Since many bodybuilders and fitness models buy their muscle drugs, or at least some of them, from local underground dealers, recreational drugs such as cocaine and speed are just an arm’s length away.

Many users of anabolic steroids also take cocaine and speed as their main pre-workout. There have been reported deaths caused by the abuse of similar substances. The most popular example would be Aziz Shavershian a.k.a. Zyzz who died from heart issues. In his system were found recreational drugs.

6. Growth hormone

It may surprise some of you, but many fitness models rely on growth hormone (GH) to keep themselves lean and strong. Since GH is really expensive, not everybody can afford it. It’s a luxury saved only for the rich fitness models who basically live like kings.

Of course, the dosages are small compared to what professional bodybuilders take. Fitness models use just enough to get that unreal 3D lean look.

I agree. As long as you work with a doctor and a prep coach on to use steroids safely and responsibly, you can achieve an outstanding physique, beautifully developed, and for women, you will achieve a body that other women will envy! You can achieve a look that is not attainable without it!

I have no hard feelings at this point in time. Sure, the lies suck all the way around.

But why do they do it? Why the big scam? It keeps more of the money in the pockets of legit pharmaceutical companies, bullshit supplement companies, and it helps keep the drugs out of the hands of morons and children who’d otherwise take the drugs and hurt themselves. How can I call that a bad thing? Even the supplement scam is good for the economy.

Truthfully, I wish the drugs were more easily accessible, cheaper, and with better information. If you got a safe way to use or a way to use that actually improves health instead of hurting it, why not? As I mentioned before, problem still remains in such a case that morons will use and abuse and hurt themselves. Even insulin can be used safely, but there’s a reason why nobody wants to talk about it at all on steroid forums, some moron will use it incorrectly and get sick and die.

That’s the catch 22. Is the grass really greener on the other side?

Yeah, this really bugs me: everyone knows the 250 lb bodybuilder uses drugs, but there’s this perception that “fitness” models are natural.
Glen: telling teenage boys they can look like them if they do cardio and their ab routine is obscene.

Haha I’m a female and as I read the list I realize I’m taking most of the stuff on the list plus something not mentioned. I’m taking anavar, hgh, T3, clen and you missed one that I won’t mention. Dying of laughter over here
