“Any darn fool can make something complex; it takes a genius to make something simple.”
– Pete Seeger
What happens when you first get involved in the sport of bodybuilding? Your search and search among the endless amount of information. Everybody says different things and you wonder: ‘Why is bodybuilding so complicated?’ Like in all other areas, it is humans who make the subject more complicated than it is. We seem to have this peculiar desire to make everything harder to understand. The fewer people understand it, the better. It’s like there’s some lion pride in confusing people.
Confuse, Control and Enslave
In general, children are easier to manipulate because their knowledge of the human world is very limited. They don’t have the experience, nor the knowledge. When somebody is ignorant you can make that person believe that the Earth is a square and the Sun is actually the Moon. If they don’t know any better, they will believe you. After all, nobody has endless amount of time to be educated on all subjects. That’s why we rely on experts to teach us what we don’t know.
When you’re among the few who have access to classified information, it becomes very easy to play with people and confuse them. A good example would be the media propaganda going on since there were media. The news channels and agencies are controlled and we only get to see what they want us to see. When we have a world built on false perception we are controlled and ultimately enslaved.
The same principle applies to bodybuilding. When you are an out of shape individual who aspires to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger, you are going to look for the secret cure to the source itself – the IFBB professional. Businessmen like Joe Weider and Bob Hoffman knew that very well. That’s why they created the supplement business and based all of the advertisement around false promises while keeping the real information occulted.
The general population was too deep into THE MATRIX to understand what’s going on behind the scenes. After all, most bodybuilders claim that the road to success is hard work and dedication. This is indeed true but similar statement is also a good way to be politically correct and keep the pipe dreams of millions alive. What would happen if the truth was revealed? The business would suffer tremendously and those at the top may lose their power.
Authority makes everything complicated.
The human population has been enslaved by the so-called authorities. Who decides who the king is? Why are certain people allowed to rule over others because of their ‘noble’ bloodline? Who gives the right to anybody to be an authority?
You see, there’s no such thing as human authority in the real world. It’s a man made concept used for centuries. The so-called leaders try to make every subject so complicated that nobody understands what’s actually going on. This has progressed so much further that people not only don’t understand what is going on – they no longer give a fuck as long as their favorite team is winning the game and they got likes on their new Facebook photo.
In the world of bodybuilding authority has the same job. Some idiots who call themselves judges behave like they have the right to dictate the direction of the sport. In 90% of the cases the placings in bodybuilding are dictated by politics and behind the curtains affairs. What’s the difference between 1st and 10th place? Often times there’s no difference at all.
What is deputy immunity?
To illustrate how ridiculous authority is we can use the concept of ‘deputy immunity’ as example. Some people have the rights to get away with all kinds of psychopathic behavior while others are jailed for 1/10th of the crime.
In the real world there’s no such thing as deputy immunity, titles, positions, money…Those are made up concepts made to complicate our lives and enslave us for the benefit of those who often have ‘deputy immunity’.
Why are the bodybuilders not openly allowed to say the real secret to their physiques? Because if they do so, they will be punished by the bodybuilding authorities pulling the strings. As a result an awful amount of make-up is put on everything and common people never really see the whole concept except they are willing to go against the system.
Expecting too much…
When you open a bodybuilding magazine you are going to see bodies that just don’t look real. They look synthetic and they are. When you expect to reach certain physical development and you fail to do so through using the common methods, you get frustrated and your heads starts spinning. That’s because deep into our brains the bodybuilding mafia has encrypted unrealistic expectations. The very same way Hollywood drama has implemented unrealistic ideas of love, affection, honor and bravery into our subconscious minds. Bodybuilding is bodybuilding – you lift things and you put them down. Nothing less, nothing more.
Looking for a miracle…
There are no miracles that will make you huge. The experienced guys who are usually presented as authority know that very well but they are never going to stop presenting ‘cutting edge technologies’ because that would equal going out of business.
There are no new training concepts and never will be. There are no magic rep ranges, exercises, training programs or diets that will transform you into Lazar Angelov or another member of the aesthetic crew.
It takes about six months…
You can learn all you need to know about bodybuilding in six months. That includes proper form, programming nutrition, injury prevention, marketing tricks, supplement tricks and more. You don’t need to spend a lot of money, if any, to educate yourself. What would be the hardest is cutting through the propaganda. To help you get through it, we have prepared an article explaining the biggest bodybuilding mistakes beginners make.
